Actually my case is very extreme. We actually need to write down the time of the task completed. Luckily, pay by piecemeal is illegal in Canada.
Since 2 stupid rules are implemented, we work more and get paid less, everyone get pissed off and unhappy. I don't see any reason why a big company would try to save $20/day to make its employees unhappy. To me, the idea is simple, happy employees make happy customers, right? |
