Whistler Mountain announced Tuesday it will open six days early, on Friday, Nov.19 with five lifts including Creekside Express.

OPENING FOR SKIING/BOARDING at 4PM!
Great news all you riders and skiers, today is the day you've been waiting for! Grouse Mountain's 84th downhill season begins today at 4pm with the grand opening of the Greenway Quad chair in Paradise Park.

It’s official! Cypress Mountain will be opening for skiing and riding on Saturday morning November 20th, 2010 – another November opening which is certainly great news! We hope to open terrain on Eagle Express along with the Easy Rider Quad Chair. On top of natural snow, which is currently falling lightly, our snowmaking system is pumping out fresh snow and we expect to be able to provide some great early season turns on Black Mountain.

The Cross Country trails have been packed and we have our fingers crossed that we will get a bit more snow at that elevation to provide some good skating technique terrain (track-set trails are unlikely for this weekend).
