Robert Latimer has always maintained 12-year-old Tracy's death was a mercy killing because her cerebral palsy left her in constant pain. His family and many supporters say Latimer should never have gone to jail, but groups like the Council for Canadians with Disabilities say he had no right to take Tracy's life.
