炸雞比... Not that many restaurants serve that now (Almost none on Alexander Road...xyz!@#$). I know there is one in Parker Place food court but it's not that good...

    It takes too long to cook chicken legs from raw,
    the only solution is pressurized deepfryer, the one they
    used at KFC, 18 whole chicken legs in 9 minutes. Really juicy.
    Most fast food places would steam the chicken then fry, doesn't taste good    but convenience

BTW, anywhere we can have the "full size" deep fried chicken legs in Lower Mainland??

    I was talking about the equipment, not KFC chicken.
   Average cacausians prefer KFC  while Asian prefer Churches.
   KFC have a more diversified menu, while Churches have fried chicken,
   different parts, same way, and the fries at Churches sucks.   Some Chinese BBQ shop sell whole chicken legs deepfried

If the business objective is just to cater for a particular market (Asians), it's quite tough to find start-up capital.

Still, the idea is good.

In China, they are opening a lot of KFC. This shows some Asians do like KFC.
