兩個週前,B仔係烈文的海灣百貨公司幫朋友係NARS買咗D野。
因為某D原因用唔著,所以今天去完MARINE DRIVE買CARSEAT比愛女,就順路去OAKRIDGE度行個圈順便RETURN。
去到OAKRIDGE嘅海灣NARS COUNTER,發生了這回事:
B = B仔 S = Sales girl
B: Hi, I would like to return this (*takes out sealed item with receipt*). Decided on another gift for the holidays.
S: (Looks at receipt) But you bought it at Richmond Centre... we suggest you go back to Richmond
B: (呆一呆,O 嘴,新年流流,諗住婉轉D NICE D啦)Ohh... is it a new rule?
S: haha... No... But we suggest you take it back to them
B: (少少興)So I can't return it here?
S: haha... yes... you can. But since they provided you service, you should go back to them
B: (心諗,你唔X係丫化)But I thought we could go to any B** to return items. Is it a NEW POLICY???
S: No, but if you return it here, it will be deducted from this counter location, that's why you should go back to Richmond... Do you live in Richmond?
B: (真係呆X咗。就算係,咁關顧客咩事??X~!你咁耍我,我耍返你)No, I don't live in Richmond
B:(咁啱HUNNIE行過嚟,我就同HUNNIE講)吓。。。要渣返落RICHMOND"咁"遠呀~~
If the credit machine has chip function, no swipe is necessary at all.
I used to operate those machine once in a while, sometimes it drives me crazy when you swiped the client's card a few times and kept getting error message. I was so worrying the client thought I was doing try to steal their card info or doing something bad
But this is totally out of the employee's control.
