Hi~~~` im planning to try out hot yoga during my xmas break.....
but im looking for some comments, suggestions or advice~~~
first, i have never taken any acutal yoga classes before, so is hot yoga the right choice?
second, i heard from my friends that hot yoga is alot more difficult than normal yoga, is this true?
third, has any LYK taken hot yoga before??? any comments?????

it's about $10+ per class. and it's really hot so you have to be able to take the heat because it's really hard to get used to such heat in the beginning. but eventually, you'll get used to it.
because everyone sweats sooo much, you can't avoid having that sweaty smell in the studio. but the smell is kept to the minimum so it's not like it stinks so much that you can't take it.
the good thing i like hot yoga is that after the exercise, i don't feel hungry and i don't crave for food. unlike other exercises, i usually feel tired and hungry, and really want to eat and ended up eating more and more. but with hot yoga, i didn't feel hungry afterwards. but i still drink water and eat regularly.
hot yoga does help people to get a better shaped body, and to lose weight. i know someone is doing hot yoga to lose weight, and it worked for her.
hot yoga may be harder than regular yoga is because of the heat. so it really depends how much/little heat can you take.
