「我識董事長」 國航乘客升級不果鬧事

【明報專訊】中國航空一架從深圳飛上海的航機，有聲稱「認識國航董事長」的乘客前日不滿未獲安排從經濟艙「升級」到商務艙，並以「身體不舒服」堅持下機，令航班被迫取消，該乘客事後疑遭乘客怒打。

《深圳晚報》報道，前晚8時許，國航CA1894航班正在跑道上準備起飛，艙內突然發生爭執，據現場乘客表示，兩名男女乘客自稱是國航「白金卡」會員，應享受升艙服務，但機艙服務表示難以滿足要求。

航班取消 鬧事者遭打

報道並引述乘客在新浪微博上稱，「兩個旅客說不舒服，不滿意座位。空姐勸了以後，說我認識你們國航的董事長，我可以取消你們航班，後來吵起來並要求下機。最後航班決定返回重新安檢，全部人下飛機。」

事件引起其他乘客不滿，下飛機後，有乘客要求該男子道歉，有人更強行拖拉對方，令其摔倒在地，「似乎還被踹了兩腳。」直到警察到來，兩人才被帶離。但乘客重新登機後不久，航班又因天氣原因被取消。

資料顯示，現任國航董事長是孔棟，他於本月18日獲央視評選為2010年「CCTV中國經濟年度人物」。

I don't mind to have more news like this to be reported since that is the reality and we don't need to blind ourselves and avoid the reality.

It is actually a good way to educated the Chinese citizen and teach them to pay attention to public manner and attitude.

Just like Shanghai Expo. It turned out to be pretty order and clean in the second half.

We need to get more Chinese to be educated instead of making fun to 满足自己扭曲的自卑心理.
