how can I get my HK $ 6000? March

Hi to all

I will be visiting HK for 2 weeks between March 15 to end
of March. I am over 18 & I am a Canadian citizens with 3stars HK ID card. Do you
think I am eligible to claim those HK $ 6000?

If I can do so, what would be the procedures?

Please kindly advise here.
