陳方安生 represents the old British regime. She and Mr Lik are both paid by the British agencies. How come they disagree with each other?
This may indicate the crumbling of the British propaganda machine.
Another reason may be that 陳方安生 is much more higher ranking in the British propaganda machine, than our own Mr Lik here.
