去帝國買餸要注意

我試過2次係肉部買野,亂打item,特登打D貴item,大家要留意吓!

昨天見到他們賣的三文魚刺身,都呈現暗色,我懷疑會幾多有客去幫襯佢地嘅日式食品,製作過程完全睇唔到,又冇製作時間標籤,今時今日,邊會有人敢試?

    I would never buy sushi/sashimi from supermarket,    it is not logical to start with, nor safe to eat, let alone good taste.

    Raw fish is supposed to store at 0C,
    while sushi rice is kept at room temperature.
    Therefore the sushi you eat would be perfect in term of taste and safety.
     Day old Sushi ? not even it is free, I will pass, no thanks.

Yes, this store sell freshly prepared products.

But Empire super....   no clue.

but who knows if the japanese restaurants treat the fish properly.

正因為無物客去買,流量少,貨放得耐,保鮮唔好,好嚇人! No thanks!
I'll buy sashimi from Japanese Supermarket.  Their food standard seems better.
