當日汶川地震, 胡溫都有親訪災區, 探訪災民, 就算做戲都好, 都叫做肯做呀...
但日本政府呢? 菅直人或其他高級官員有想過到災區視察嗎?
小弟曾經響日本公司打工, 發覺日本公司經常為一仙半毫,要五六個社員開七八個鐘頭會, 然後先耷八九個印響十幾張紙上面, 先解決到件事... 所以話D救援物資因為協調問題入唔到災區, 我唔會奇怪.
可能, 日本人響災後越顯情操, 先會越顯得日本政府無能...

日本救災既實戰經驗遠比中國少.
中國年年都有災, train 到班人都熟哂, 知道成個rundown 要注意d 乜.
日本仔就好多時只係紙上談兵, 最多都係做下drill. 而家發生咁大件事, 一時間反應唔切都唔出奇.

說到政府，與汶川大地震不同的是，不會在電視新聞看到有地震災民感謝政府、感謝首相。即使首相菅直人發表講話時，看來正流著淚。「養兵千日，用兵一時」，政府就是老百姓納税養著的「兵」，老百姓是國家真正的主人，主人不必對自己養的「兵」感恩。

在中國内地以至台灣電視媒體，每當發生災難時，往往都只注重災難現場，而對平時防災不夠重視。阪神地震後，越來越多日本新聞界反思，真正的災難報導不僅集中現場，還要探討如何種才能真正幫助重建災區。


It is different to HK, not that focus at 現場, (same here, you don't see bloody pic in newspaper here) but more focus at 重建.. (they have no choice, and have to)

who would do that when they have the co-management responsibility behind the mismanagement of the nuclear plant?  Let alone they have lied and left many of them waiting helplessly at home!!!

感謝 the troops/fireman/polic/crews on the nuclear site.  for sure.

日本對上一次大地震已經係n年前既神戶大地震了.
大陸唔係地震就係水災, 唔係水災就係旱災, 唔係旱災就係礦難. 無論係天災定係意外都一定比日本多很多啊!
