【明報專訊】據中新社報道：中國總理溫家寶近日在一次講話中直指「誠信的缺失、道德的滑坡已經到了何等嚴重的地步」，引發中國內地輿論廣泛關注。

溫家寶日前在同國務院參事和中央文史研究館館員座談時指出，當前文化建設特別是道德文化建設，同經濟發展相比仍然是一條短腿。舉例來說，近年來相繼發生「毒奶粉」、「瘦肉精」、「地溝油」、「彩色饅頭」等事件，這些惡性的食品安全事件足以表明，誠信的缺失、道德的滑坡已經到了何等嚴重的地步。

《人民日報》19日刊載題為《如何才能催生道德血液》的文章指出，從經濟角度看，違法成本的高低，往往決定?守法者的多寡。文章強調，「企業道德的血液，從來不是與生俱來的，只有嚴格執法才能迫使企業遵紀守法。一些國家的天價罰單告訴我們，監管不嚴、處罰過輕、違法成本過低，非改不可。」

《人民日報》海外版當天亦發表文章《用法治堤壩阻擋道德滑落》。該文認為，在法治不完善的環境下來談道德的提升是奢侈的。「法治的缺失極大地損害了社會道德文化，令社會失去方向，民眾失去信心。」

《中國青年報》19日也發表了《總理講話引發思考 如何止住道德滑坡》、《公德式微時如何挽救人心》等文章。前文強調「要把依法治國和道德建設緊密結合起來，才能止住道德的滑坡。」而後者則將問題的解決更多寄望於「教育」，文章認為：「孔夫子選擇教育，作為他那個時代對抗禮崩樂壞、人心不古問題的武器。而在今天，制度之外，教育仍然是最為根本的途徑。」
