Taiwan - 卡士達醬也「中劑」冰淇淋淪陷

塑化劑風暴持續擴大,現在不只麵包添加的香精有問題,就連用在泡芙內內餡、冰淇淋的蛋牛奶醬,也就是俗稱的卡士達醬都沾上塑化劑。

我們就找到麵包師父,親自為示範製作卡士達醬的過程,只用雞蛋、牛奶等材料就能完成,但成本較高,加上費時,才讓有毒的卡士達醬流入市面。

一手拿著老麵團、一手拿著奶酥皮,三兩下工夫,就結合出一顆顆菠蘿麵包的原料,聽到香精兩個字,麵包店師父趕緊否認,就怕跟問題起雲劑沾上邊。

偏偏現在還傳出,有業者買進廉價有問題的「蛋牛奶香素」,用來製作甜點舒芙蕾、泡芙內餡、或冰淇淋的原料卡士達醬。

甜點師父特別為我們示範,真正的卡士達醬做法?300公克的玉米粉、200公克的砂糖、和1000CC的熱牛奶伴在一塊、再打上10顆雞蛋、最後加上些許奶油提香,冷藏一天,就大功告成。

2公斤成品,成本150元左右,但市面上賣的卡士達粉,價格只有一半,相對來說,卡士達粉便宜、方便又省時,像這家麵包店雖然緊急貼公告自清,但也不敢說有多少同業使用?專家只能提醒,如果出爐後的麵包,香氣久久不退,恐怕就是加了塑化劑,民眾得格外留意。(民視新聞綜合報導)

I have tried. Made a no-knead focaccia and it tasty pretty good. I may try other knead recipes.

Foccacia is easy to make, no equipment necessary,
just a large bowl and wooden spoon.
And it is so versatile

    It is much healthier cooking at home, some of my friend

    some people claim that it relief stress.

If these Taiwan bread contain poison, then you should not eat them whether on the first day or not.

Well, for bread, any bread that has a long expiry period (check gernal expiry date) is not a good sign. I usually just put bread in the fridge and it will last like 4 -7 days.
