[日本料理] alexander road 松山日本餐廳

佢9點後好抵食..
琴日食唔哂個三文魚頭,諗住叫佢o黎埋單加拎個盒
個女侍應著o左件有好多"蘇" o既外套,o係執o野o既時候,件衫d"蘇"就係咁掃碟魚...
結果無拎走...因為佢件衫已經污染o左碟魚....

我想問o下從事飲食界o既朋友,點解次次叫親埋單都要即係抹枱?
我試過好幾次比d 侍應o係抹枱o既時候倒瀉o野落我個身....
o係農場雞莊直頭係一餐飯2次...

clean up. cleaner.  show of respect and care, hopefully more tips.

Simply more efficient and can give the table to next customer faster, not related to tips at all, plUs it is train ed this way

It's standard to clean up the table when you are done and they are right at the table.
Bring you the bill and walk back without doing anything seems weird.

我唔知佢點train人呀...
但係有客人o係度,你o係度執o野都幾阻住人o地傾計
同埋試過好多次比佢o地倒濕...
反而唔比咁多tips....

I rmb... Last time I was at twinkle w/ my frd...
I think they close at 2...
And mi n my frdz r the only table left...
n we didn't realize it was 3 alrdy...
So we end up paying extra $5 tips...
cuz we feel bad that we dunno it closed alrdy...
the person didn't do anything n let us stay an extra hour...

n also... at magnetic...
all 4 of us finished our BBT n food alrdy...
But our game havn't finsihed yet...
N my other frd havn't come yet, he needed to give us something...
so we decided stay awhile... the person was so nice that pour us 4 glass of water...
So We could hav water 2 drink while we are waiting...
