VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) - A big event is coming up for the BC Liberal Caucus: A retreat in Harrison Hot Springs.

One political analyst says Premier Christy Clark needs this because she hasn't been getting along with the caucus.

"Everyone says it's peaches and cream [but] I don't really buy it," Sean Holman, published and editor of the Public Eye, tells News1130. "So perhaps this is a bit of an opportunity for Christy Clark to do some bridge-building."

He adds the trip will give everyone a chance to focus on a few other important matters.

"[They] can do some planning for what exactly the government wants to do," he explains. "This is one of the big questions that I think surrounds Christy Clark's premiership: What exactly does she want to bring to the electorate in terms of an agenda?"

Don't expect to hear too much about what's being discussed at the retreat, which starts on Tuesday. Caucus meetings are confidential.
