I think they should better think of issuing full refunds to those affected passengers... I've got a feeling they are paying for a "test ride"... What's the point of keep saying sorry if "accidents" keep repeating...To me it's totally illogical and inethical if they keep charging fees to those passengers.
They will be resolved, but certainly not in a short period though... Seems like the power supply network has some structural bugs... They should at least cut some schedules until those issues are resolved...
I don't want one day those passengers will have to reherse for an explosion evaculation...
