印企業家：行賄應合法化以肅貪 法新社, 新德里, 科技公司, 印度

（法新社新德里20日電） 印度軟體業巨擘印福思科技公司（Infosys）董事長穆提（N.R. Narayana
Murthy）主張，應該將行賄合法化，如此將有助於減少這個南亞國家普遍的貪污現象。

穆提表示，他全力支持經濟學家巴蘇（Kaushik Basu）提出的行賄合法化建議，因為這將有助民眾揭發貪汙的政府官員。

根據巴蘇的提議，接受賄賂仍屬違法行為。

印度新聞信託社（Press Trust of India）報導，穆提昨天在西部城市阿默達巴德（Ahmedabad）發表演說時表示：「如果讓行賄合法化，而受賄則不然，行賄者確實會與官方合作，揭發收賄者。這似乎是個有趣的主意，應該付諸實行。」

穆提表示，貪汙的風氣已損害印度的成長前景，「若我們能夠打擊貪腐，印度可能得到一直無緣相逢的兩位數成長率。」

What if they make those who 行賄 or 受賄 illegal, but those who bring them to the air would get a portion of the money for 行賄 / 受賄.  Isn't that going to be more effective in some ways...

The corruption in democratic in India is so rampant. Even democracy and a British legal system do not solve corruption there. Their culture is like that. That is why India will never be developed country.
