I wonder what 膠鐵Peter has to say about the speed reduction. As usual, I fully expect him to 跌落地下都要拿返渣沙，話「你睇，偉大祖國幾咁注重安全！」但對之前用搞高及超出安全系數嘅速度又會隻字不睇，而且成套訊號系統嘅 debugging 同更重要嘅重新反覆 testing 就更加唔會提起。

訊號系統就算真係更正過（個人來講，我真係好懷疑佢響咁短時間之內有無可能可以搵出問題所在），響無足夠嘅反覆安全測試，根本就唔應該再繼續載人。你淨係減速來行又有Q用呀？

減慢到原來設計時速？

減速根本沒有直接觸及問題所在.
最高速度, 跟本不是全程的均速. 200km的列車可能只有數分鐘是達到這速度.
系統問題不是在數分鐘高速會有問題, 是全程都有問題.
所謂天下第一的封閉系統根本唔work.
一秒行55m 與 60m 跟本沒有分別, 司機亦不能以目視人力控制, 始終要先全面測驗操控系統.

They didn't mention the speed reduction has solved the problem, I believe there will be something followed. But at least, that's a correct step.

要全面進行反覆嘅安全測試，根本就即係要阿爺跪低認衰仔。響國際舞台上，阿爺點都要死撐嘅就係面子。你叫佢認低威，佢又點會肯？

反正死10個當5傷，死200幾個到係當34條命之嘛～對阿爺來講，佢13億條命裡面起碼有12億係可以用來同你慢慢玩。反正死嘅係賤民，佢領導人又點會在意？

You are right, grandpa won't think there's any different between 20 or 200. They only care about the numbers of people riding on the rails, that's all about $$.

If the accident was cause by human/procedure error, slower speed won't stop the accident from happening.
