Rogers/Fido Network Time sync is off?

I've just noticed that whenever I am on 3G, my clock is set to Mountain Standard Time -6 by default; my clock on my phone is 1 hour faster. Switching back to 2G, clock is set to Pacific Standard Time.

I tested this with my HTC Legend, Nokia 6550 and Captivate, all of them exhibit the same issue when on 3G. I am thinking one of the 3G tower must have the time set wrong.

I am in Steveston and Gilbert, so pretty much anywhere from No.2 to Shell Road along Steveston Highway to Williams would have this issue.

Anyone here would like to try and give some feedback? I've sent an email to Rogers and Fido hopefully they could fix that.

I have this problem too, and I live in that area.
I just set "Automatically set time zone" to false.

I've already emailed Rogers and Fido about this, I think someone forget to setup the time zone in that area. Rogers replied me saying they will escalate it to the right department.

When I am in other parts of Richmond and Vancouver, clock is fine.
