VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) - As we approach the 10th anniversary of the September 11 attacks, News1130 would like to hear from you.

Where were you when you heard about the attacks?  What do you remember most about that day?  Were you or family and friends in New York, Washington or Pennsylvania?  What is the legacy of 9/11 for you?

Carl Hanstke, a News1130 reporter, was in New York to cover the aftermath of 9/11, and returns for the 10th anniversary, broadcasting live from memorial events in New York City for the Rogers Radio Network.

Beginning Sept. 8, News1130.com and Rogers radio station websites across the country will present an audiovisual slideshow of images then and now, narrated by the two News1130 reporters who were in New York in the aftermath of the tragedy.  There will also be a twitter feed pulling in tweets from the public, who are asked to share their memories of 9/11.
