I want to sell my house, but i am not sure if it is the right time to start selling.

the news said the house price falling for 2 consecutive months already.

what do you guys think??

yes...sell it in the summer when students are off school because this is the prime time for parents to look for a new place so that even if they move it won't affect their children as much...

Well, we are looking for a house that is in good area and big enough for renting it out (i.e. renting partial of the house).

my house is about 5000sq-ft. it in Richmond near the intersection of Granville and Gilbert.

utopia, my house has 5 rooms, but they aren't ideal for partial rent-out because no room has private entrance.

we want to rent a smaller house, that's why we are selling it.

my Twin & the caveman need a BIG cave to make little cavemen. so eventually might me useful. Plus, caveman need to take care of caveman-mom anyways....hahaha.
