Mobilicity overcharged only, experience, already, dealer

Anyone has this experience b4? I got overcharged for $97 already. I am going to the dealer today to see what they can do for me. I heard they only sent email, just like I did, which is useless.

What did they charge u for?  i am using its unlimited data text voice plan for $25, very happy and no over charge

The dealer opened another phone number using my credit card number when I first got my phone. The dealer fixed it for me already, it's not Mobilicity's fault
