Worst customer service I've ever experienced in any industry!

Wondering of anyone also have bad experience with them.
I really need an item but don't want to give them my business. Does anyone know where else I can buy OSIM in town?

You expect good service in Aberdeen? Sales don't care business there as they seems they only need a place to hang out at the chinese mall....haha

They hired too many different part-times. I bought a few things there before and walk by sometimes, almost new faces every time. Just try out your luck and visit again, better sales could be there. :b

Those sales maybe from rich family. They just want a place to hang out and gain some "work" experience so that their resume looks better.

i want to buy a massage chair, other than OSIM, anyone know where i can find other brand massage chair in richmond? i'm new in richmond.
