Try the one in Richmond 至地廣場.  I haven't used it before, but was told their rate is very competitive.

but shoppers has service wor. :) 24hrs phone support.

Also recently, They called me for an incorrect and expired refill attempt (requested via auto phone refill service)
And helped me to find what I really meant to get instead. Then I think they called my doctor to make sure it's OK for the refill and did it for me.
And called me again when it's ready to pick up.

the pharmacist called me 2 days later for a follow up
I was quite impressed
