[西餐] Which one will you pick for Roasted Bone Marrow one, 307

I never try roasted bone marrow before and I finally ruled down 3 choices, which one would you recommend ?


(1) The Greedy Pig @ 307 West Cordova Street
(2) Cibo 900 Seymour Street

I went to brand new Merchants Oyster Bar on Commercial.  I tried the Roasted marrow dish there, I promise, if you like meat and you like butter, than roasted bone marrow is where they meet in heaven. It was so yummy.

The marrow had been removed, flavored with spices & then returned to the bone and roasted. The kitchen then served the marrow bone with a small parsley salad. All in all, I will come back for more.
