If you want to buy locally, NCIX/A-Power... etc. do have weekly promotion on these transmitters once in a while.

However, if you want to find one cheap, you can find on ebay. Range from one or two dollars up to twenty/thirty, take your pick.

I bought one like headphone " IN " and FM  "OUT ". It works and a little bit of static distortion there.

Then, I tried usb finger " IN " and  FM  " OUT ". Sounds like quality is slightly better and less interrupt.

I don't quite understand about the bluetooth. Is it headphone  " IN " and  bluetooth " OUT " ?

It is Bluetooth in, headphone out. Typically for those who use aux input.
