甘泉搶錢!

This is an email I got from my friend today:

We check our credit card account regularly online.
Today, I have found out Oasis Hongkong debited our
credit card for $505 HK dollars ( equals to $67. CDN)
.  This is the same credit card we used when we fully
paid our airfares in June 2007 for our trips to/from
H.K. in December 07/January 08.

We reported to our credit card centre immediately to
claim for this unauthorized debit item.

So, if you have used your credit card to pay for any
Oasis airfare previously.  Please watch out your next
credit card statement.  Hope that this would happen to
you.

Well, I don't think we (including your friend as the first-person victim) truly understand what had happened for the "false charged", but then you said 甘泉"搶錢" really give the public a very bad impression before making it clear. Since all we know they're having some issues to deal with for the moment (doesn't mean that is a good excuse to them), there maybe many possibilities for this "false charged". Why not your friend call them and find out why instead of guessing in a super negative way ar?!
But still thanks for reminding those who had or have purchased tickets from them geh.

不過,妳朋友之前已經full paid左D airfair 啦。。。咁隔3個月後再charge, 諗落點都係Oasis唔係咁岩囉我覺得。又冇invoice講個charge係咩,唔係好負責任bor....

Not blaming you to quote the original email, but how about the misleading blocked title "甘泉搶錢"?

In any possibility is still 甘泉's fault anyways. But as a customer/victim has the right to know what exactly is going on and ask for appropriate response.
According to the original email content, the victim only reported to credit card center but didn't mention he/she has reported/complained/asked 甘泉 at all, and thus the truth can never be revealed lor.

were you pay by credit card? you should be able to get your money back.

I heard you have to wait until day of flight (July) and tell credit card company the services wasn't delivered to you and then you can get the money back..

我覺得。。。華美子既朋友"今天"(april 9th, assuming 華美子made this topic the same day she got the email from her friend), then that means Oasis made the charge on the day of or after they declared shut down. and as we all know from radio & news, if you try calling Oasis #, none of them are in service. so i don't think the title 甘泉搶錢 is that misleading & inappropriate 既。。。
