Weedman. Anyone tried it?

I got a call from Weedman. They said they have done an analysis on my lawn and tried to sell their lawn care program. It includes year round moss and weed control and fertilizer application in each season.
I was thinking about doing something with my lawn since it looks yucky, But just not sure if this company is good. Did anyone use or hear about how the service is like?
