[中餐館] Does anyone know what happened to Taiwan Beef Noodle House?

Does anyone know what happened to Taiwan Beef Noodle House on Granville Street? It was closed with newspaper all over the door.

closed because

Inadequate dishwashing temperature
Lack of chemical sanitizer in dishwasher
Inadequate supply of hot and cold
running water to all sinks

this is kinda creepy..
for them to find out that there is a problem, it must've been quite some time before the inspection that stuff happens.
