小心电話及上綱Bundle Service

市面上有公司 (Asia ???) 提供voip 电話及上綱 Bundle,電話質量欠皆,上綱由第三者提供,投訴冇門,錯收費用, 亂想取消時, CS 講的說話不算數, 沒有說明條款, 又話有說, 說過送免費LD, 又話因沒有預交三亇月服務, 所以沒有免費, credit card 收費比Due date 提早2星期, 想取消如此”落後”服費, 服務少於半年要收取150元服務取消費.(收藏於fine print 的條款內容)

好”谷氣”,只好將痛苦供開,希望各老友記小心!!!!

Thanks for your advise, and we planned to do that.

Over charge is the first issue. Second issue are one (1) more cents to the taxes after round-up. I guess they do it on purpose because not too much dud will check the tax calculation.

The big chanllege is the quality of the phone, it sound like talking with water in mouth.
Paying a little more than $30 is low in price but does not mean we should get low quality of communication.
