Training Tip For A Day:
A crate is very effective for housebreaking training. Just like us, dogs also need a room for resting. Yet crates not only is the resting area for dogs but it also provides a safety and secure shelter while unsupervised. Many people don't like using crates because they think dogs don't have freedom. True, but only if dog parents leave their dogs in the crate for more than four hours.Ideally, you want to leave a dog/puppy resting for three hours in a crate then take the dog/puppy out for washroom and play for an hour or two then let them back to the crate for resting again.If a dog parents don't use crate correctly, the crate becomes a prison cell at the end. Also, DO NOT use a crate for punishment purpose, EVER!!

當在訓練狗狗大小便時,"狗籠" 是最好的幫手。就像我們人類一樣,狗狗也是需要一個"房間"休息的。而狗籠不只是一個提供狗狗們休息的地方,同時在沒有人監督與看護的狀況下,狗籠給予他們的是一個最安全的地方。很多人都不喜歡用狗籠,因為很多人都覺得使用狗籠就等於不讓狗狗擁有自己該有的自由。這個觀念不是不正確,除非主人都把自己的愛犬關在籠子裡超過四個小時。狗籠最理想的使用方式是首先讓他們待在籠子裡三個小時休息,之後再放愛犬出來一個小時到兩個小時,讓牠們上廁所和玩耍。上完廁所和玩耍完後,再把您的愛犬放回狗籠裡休息。就這樣一直不同的重複這兩個簡單的步驟,主人就不用頭痛愛犬的大小便問題了。如果主人沒有正確的使用狗籠,狗籠最後所扮演的角色只會是狗狗的監牢。最後,最重要的就是千萬不可以用狗籠來逞罰您的愛犬,切記!!!
