溫哥華物價 原因, 高, 打工仔

最近呢幾年，溫哥華啲物價高得好誇張。到底係乜原因？

小弟差不多每一年都返來，今年好似啲物價特別貴。

咁一般打工仔嘅人工又追唔追得上呢？

這是世界性現象，溫哥華已經很溫和了，因為很多肉類和農產品都是加拿大自己生產，你看看香港就更加嚇人，因為全部都要進口，租金又狂升，牛肉都百幾蚊一斤，我覺得溫哥華算OK了。

    物價絕對貴，我覺得呢度貴過香港，不過有其它人唔同意。

但係我真係覺得冇得慳，因為你點慳都追唔到通脹。首先，你一開始可能賺＄１００，生活費＄９０，你儲到＄１０。第二年，你好彩加人工，你賺＄１０２，但係物價已經去到＄９５，你只係儲到＄７。再下一年，你搵到＄１０５，啲物價又去到＄１００，你可以儲嘅就仲少。

當然，有好多人話你應該係先儲起＄１０，先走去洗錢，但係同一個度理，你儲嗰＄１０每年都會貶值。所以我覺得一出嚟做嘢，真係慳頂多一兩年錢，一有少少本，就要投資。

Depends on different categories,  necessities  and luxury items:


Necessities: Food, beverages-water, juices, milk, clothing, gasoline,
Luxury items:  Jewellery ,  formal wears, mega house, yacht, electronic, high end camera


The Necessities are quite affordable, basic rice, flour, meat, dairy are relatively inexpensive
compared to Hong Kong,
Luxury is something I don't really need so they don't bother me much.
I don't have to pay mortgage and rent so it is quite easy to get by

I don't care general price here in Vancouver, cos I can't do anything about it.  But what makes me mad is even LIVE Vancouver Crabs are cheaper in Toronto's T&T's.  That is when I feel ripped off. Other than that, I accept the price and buy less.

我覺得５年前開始貴，個升幅都好大，但係呢一兩年就貴到入肉，好多嘢唔覺唔覺４年間貴咗成倍！

你會有時入超市買幾樣嘢諗住煮啲簡單屋企菜，吓？＄５０幾？我不如出街食好過。

如果係喺香港嚟溫哥華玩，幾年間一定會覺得貴啦，加紙由六算升到成八算喎！
人仔都升咗好多啦，運費成本都會升，又唔怪得哂t&t啲價起咗咁多。不過就算香港超市都係海鮮價，日日新鮮。

或者咁講...對比起09年既物價,今年13年就貴咗好多...主要係出街食就貴得多...日用品都有加,不過加幅冇出街食咁多...
