i was a bit confused but i think i've figured it out

(after some intense research yesterday)(sorry i am not that smart)

是用： 二捨三入，七捨八入

i was reading the english version

it says 'rounding to the nearest 5 cents increments'

中文翻譯為： 數值修約至最接近的五分錢遞增值

...

at first i thought it was 四捨五入

now i know there are other methods

it will be 四捨五入 if we decided to ditch the nickles.

It depends on the store, as it is not mandatory to do the rounding. Some stores round up and some stores just round down.
