Thanks! It's prob some part of paid marketing but I really like to see the Chinese Chefs working in the kitchen and that's rarely seen. (vs local chefs)
That got my attention to Chef Tony Wu. I like his showy way of handling the wok and using a carver/chinese chef's knife to peel a potato! May be I will try out Tin Tin one day.
He is in town for the event, he used to teach professional Chinese cooking program at George Brown College before he move to Vancouver. He was hired as assistant by Martin Yan and now he based in SF.
The sample Beef Noodles soup was good,
the Caraway Beef Skewers I detected baking soda,
fried Chinese hamburger with Black truffle, well.
The best part was All-You-can-Drink Hennessy VSOP and wine.
