That is sad news. I have been buying the books for the last 14 years and I always buy at least 2 books for myself. Our office usually order at least 100 books each year.
Still have the book. Like the T&T coupon that I can use every month.

Perhaps you will be interested reading my another post under the 八通大溫 section about my experiences using the Entertainment coupon at the First Ave store last night.
I actually have no problem using it in the Richmond store. I bought $50 worth of items before tax. I saw same rule w/ other stores with coupons. Need to have the purchase $ before tax.
Did you talk to customer service rep/store manager? Sometimes the cashier doesn't really know...
