Refund for Avent/Playtex BPA Bottles BPA, Avent, Bottles, Playtex, Refund

FYI:  In light of the recent confirmation by Health Canada declaring products containing BPA, London Drugs is providing refunds without receipts for products containing BPA for in-store credit (at last sale price, but the Avent products which is the most popular have not, I don't believe, ever been on sale).  This speaks volumes of the repuatation and concerns for customer safety.

Toys R Us, one of the major leaders in baby products and baby registries have decided to do NOTHING because there has not been an official recall on BPA products despite recent press release by Health Canada.  They will only refund products that are unused/sealed in packaging with receipts.  Woopee.  So much for helping moms, especially those on a fixed income.  Jerks.

有朋友去左LD 退 Avent,佢話係 $6.99一個唔理咩野 size同新舊, 我今日都會去退貨。

wow, so good, I am now using a Japanese brand name bottle called "chu chu" partly because of the BPA.
I used Avent for the first few months.  
If it is true, it will be great.  
Please let me know after you have returned the bottles. Thanks!

今早去左 Ironwood 間 LD 退樽，我退三個 Avent 9oz 樽，一個細既 Playtex 同一pack Avent 手動 breast pump (with Avent bottles & ice pack inside)。

由於LD出售的Avent 9oz樽是一pack兩件個種，因此三個佢只收兩個。計埋Playtex同我套hand pump佢退番$85 Refund 卡比我。

一天都光晒，攞到Refund，想話去買 Born Free bottles，Toys R Us無晒，Zellers又無，度度都無，連Dr. Brown's 既大glass bottles都無晒。

好在我之前係香港買左兩個，早幾日又買左兩個 7oz既 Dr. Brown's glass bottles，暫時算啦。

Just went to Shoppers on cambie, there were only three pack of 260ml bottles left.  I got one pack.

my friend got refundf for $171 from LD.  Think of how many avent bottles she had? wow...

LD on no 3 is so stupid, I had like 11 bottles of avent, including one pack with 3 avent bottles package,
and others are without box.  They returned me 11.99 for each 4 bottles, and the 3 bottles with package also 11.99.  I never never saw any 4 pack of avent bottles in package. On the list, it said trainer kit.
so if i bring 2 bottles there, they will return me 6.99x2, which is more than 4 bottles.

good for you.  the stupid Ironwood LD only gave me $9.99 for two bottles, and refused to accept my other avent bottle.  I am bring my only Avent bottle I have tomorrow to the No.3 LD.

the LD in No.3 road refund everything. I brought my avent bottles and the breast pump to the store and got $120 back. The lady in front of me even refund those really really old avent bottles (which already have yellow stain on it), and success
