Is it wise to use MBNA world to pay Revenue Canada? payment, revenue, charge, canada, credit

Did anyone try to use credit card to pay revenue canada?
if the payment is 6000.00, 1% cash rebate = 60.00

but I heard the third party would charge admin fee, how much would it be?
