@LittlePrince:
I can discuss virtually anything except politics, for politics on LYK (and myself included) is quite polarised, just like most other chinese on various different boards.
people (readers alike) tend to take sides these days, and label people/posters as they see it (esp. yellow-skinned labelling and stereotyping).
I can switch sides anytime, but frankly speaking lately I don't see how I cannot take sides, for the marginalisation and polarised view is what's killing a lot of these otherwise harmoneous discussion boards (esp. outside of HK or mainland), being constantly flushed by loud and naysayers, 5-hairs, pro-comm reposters,etc.
Next thing you know: they will tell you Tiannamin square massacre back in 1989-June-4th never happened on motherland's soil....yadda, yadda...
I can talk cars, house repair, sex (ual-positions), discuss relationships, etc. anything ...mostly these days it's me or tiffiant keeping the post count alive...
I can quote Al-Jazeera news if you want...afterall: BBC and Al-Jazzera are the most interesting news boards that I spend time on.
Fire it away, Littleprince. WE all counting on you to get the sparks flying once again on LYK...not necessarily politically-motivated (I don't take stance on that part...as always: YMMV).
RE: 佔中與同性戀之間的微妙連繫, I personally don't see too much of this happened/happening during those 60+ days in HK. I do see a lot has changed during that 60+days of occupation, HK police treatment, the senior governance level reaction and handling of the situation, etc., sad yet facinating.
Don't be despair though, some folks still around but refrain from posting (interesting), so long as you can find something interesting to trigger them to post-away, that's how we can get back to former glory on LYK.
