Prawn Head

Normally when I eat prawns, I will get rid of the head.  But someone tell me I can use the haed to make soup / sause, anyone can tell me how can I use the prawn head to make soup / sause, thanks!

Nope.  But the cook did cook for us few times and it was tasty.  

It takes time and a lot of 虾头 to cook a good Hokkien Har Mee.
