有無 LYK 有 BCRPA 執 照 ?

我 而 家 take 緊 BCPRA 個 課 程 ﹐ 有 些 地 方比 較 confuse, 例 如 action of joints, 舉 例 , (當 做 lat pull down 時 , 有 三 組 joints 會 參 與 運 作 , 1) Shoulder girdle retraction 2) Shoulder transverse adduction 3) Elbow flexion)。
當 到 比 較 多 關 節 如 Squat 和 deadlift 時 就 會 比 較 confuse.

matt, I believe you are the most well-built person in LYK... if you don't understand, I think no one here could answer your question.

Well-built doesn't mean educated. Many certificated personal trainers aren't big/muscular at all, but they know a lot fuctions of skeleton and fuctions of muscles this kinda stuff. Weight lifting, I should say every kind of sport is all about science, not experience.
