3元變29元

24/4 去W.Boradway 的曰本餐 X 和 大吃一頓 all you can eat. 停車場要付泊車費, OK 照付, 但 D coin slot 唔 work, 只好用credit card 付3元 停車塲 費用, (如泊在Broadway 更多).

收到 Credit statment 發覺有9條3元的charge, 1條2元的charge, 問 CitiBank CS 取回merchant 資料,都同屬一間 Ontario 的公司。 當然同一時間也問X和有關車場管理處的電話,她門初時說不知道有關公司的电話, 最終都收到有關資料。

因己是BC星期五下午, 所以不能和 Ontario 公司對話, 唯一只好要求Citibank 不要再給這Ontario 公司過數, Citibank CS 回應是不能接受cardholder 的要求, 什麼公司put charge都可以過數, What the ...!!! 好興, 明被人偷/搶錢都做唔到嘢 !!!!

那只好要求citibank "have all cahrges put throught by this Ontario company, except the 1st one, to be investigated.

但亇CS 用高傲 語調說, "you have to pay the credit card even the transaction are under investigation"

我們馬上說 " We have no problem to pay this amount but we have objection to pay trnsaction that is not belong to us."  見她講嘢甚高傲, 我們再來一招

Cancel this credit card.

CS 馬上從高傲的聲調轉為正常CS的語調說 : We can issue new Nr. to replace this old account and will be ready within 14 days, we also refund $26 to your account because they all effected in Ontario."    "What 14 days?"  CS 說 " "Let me double check" 电話hold 了4-5 分鐘自動斷線。 唯有 re-dial 找回這位 CS, 這CS not available. 那便和接聽的CS再說account Nr. 2nd CS 一看,己知全情, 她 confirm "you will have new credit card next Tusday"  Thank you good and nice CS.

next time go after 8 to park at the street la xD

i've parked at that parkade too there's wasn't any prob
but that place didn't look very safe anyway

You haven't tried disconnecting Bell Expressvu TV yet.

Citibank MC, in comparison, treats me like a King (relative to Bell).

This also happens in YVR airport and some pay parking lot too. It happens to my friend.

They might not charge more than once in the same day, 但會靜雞雞隔幾日﹐明明無去到parking, 但又charge 你 parking.

YVR parking 更明顯﹐你一定記得自己邊日有去機場﹐ 無啦啦幾日後又charge 一 次 parking, 擺明厄啦

It happened to me once with Impark too, but they dealt with it immediately. The funny thing is, the guy in Impark told me the following, and tried it:

All transactions happen in a parking meter are not billed immediately. Usually they are being processed on the next day. Because those meters do not have a direct line to the credit card company (or whoever process the cards), I was able to use my reported stolen credit card on the meters for a week without being charged a cent. Once my card number is on their blacklist, my stolen card is no longer accepted.

you steal from yourself or you steal from the credit card company?
