I have switched to Rogers for more than 5 months.

2 weeks ago, I got a call from Fido (calling my home phone) saying they would like to do a customer survey.


Er... Come on, update your system.  I no longer use Fido for at least 5 months!!! and if I have already decided to switch,  I don't think wil be still interested in answering the survey

I used to be on fido many years ago and their quality was really bad, dropped calls and static noise.

These are telemarketing, they are just hired by Fido to make the calls. They have no access to Fido's accounts and all they do is to sell you contracts if you are on month-to-month.

They are, what they call, "external contrator" and using aged record to do telemarketing.

Take down all their name, Ee # and phone Nr. then complaint to Fido CS and tell them to remove your name from the list or you will complaint again.

but they don't answer when i pick up...
