2 weeks ago, I got a call from Fido (calling my home phone) saying they would like to do a customer survey.
Er... Come on, update your system. I no longer use Fido for at least 5 months!!! and if I have already decided to switch, I don't think wil be still interested in answering the survey
These are telemarketing, they are just hired by Fido to make the calls. They have no access to Fido's accounts and all they do is to sell you contracts if you are on month-to-month.
