Salt Spring Island - any suggestion? suggestion, Salt, Island, Spring

We are planning a trip to Salt Spring Island in the summer. We have some general information about the Island.
e.g. Sat farm market, goat cheese, artist studio drives, lavender farm

Any other suggestion for things to do and places to eat? How about in Victoria?
We have 2 full days on the island and will prob do picnic for lunch with food we got from the farm market and make dinner too (BBQ + fresh food from the market).

Anyone done horseback riding? How about water sport? Any recommand rental place for Kayak?

btw my sister recommand this place in Victoria for beer and casual food. My sis becomes a true beer lover after her return from Japan.

Ya.. I am planning to Zipline too, caz it's one of the most recommended one in many sites. This trip for me will be an expensive one.
