"廢柴" 對前員工0既 "大禮" quot

如題, 點 "大禮" 法??? 詳情如下:

話說本人於此 "廢柴" 集團其仲兩間旗下公司內打滾一年, 由始至終都係全職身份, 今年 5 月底因被祭旗關係, 被人用 overstaff 為藉口遭解雇, 解雇過程之急, 就連會計部都未及把所有解雇文件交與本人, 及後差不多 1 星期後才把所有文件齊集.

6 月頭本人在網上申報 E.I. (即失業保險), 亦已收到政府寄來之證明文件, 但上網做了差不多兩個月的 online report, 保險金始終未有到手, 網頁上列明需時 28 個工作天來處理, 但明顯時間已遠遠超過所需時間. 本人上週五, 即 8 月 1 日, 決定到 Service Canada 之辦事處詢問查探, 結果得出以下答覆:

本人申報之失業保險金一早已經獲得批准, 但基於本人之前雇主 (即 "廢柴" 集團會計部) 到目前為止還未將 R.O.E. (Record of Employment) 之藍色副本送予政府有關部門, 而政府部門於本人開始申報後的第二個星期已出信追收有關的副本但不獲任何回覆, 所以保險金一直未有存入本人提供之帳戶內!!!

差點氣得死去活來!!!!!!

辦事處職員還說, 本人並非第一個受害者, 之前尚友多名同樣遭遇之前員工, 皆因時間關係, 發現的時候政府部門已把當事人的檔案關閉, 害人家要重新申報之餘, 中間失去的保險金也無法追回!!!  他們說本人也算幸運, 原來本人還差兩個星期政府部門就要把本人的檔案也關閉了!!!

大家評一評理, 這家集團送予本人的 "大禮" 算大了嗎??  政府部門準不會 "作大" 欺騙當事人吧??  我絕對相信還有其他人跟本人一樣有相同遭遇, 大家應該出來發表一下.  "廢柴" 集團, 難為自命溫哥華第一大的華人集團, 做事手法如此不堪, 互相推搪, 何有大將之風??????  簡直是不知所謂!!!!!!!

這個 "廢柴" 集團, 當中有人會做事嗎???  本人覺得攪風攪雨, 勾心鬥角, 只會上演六國大封相的人才是最多.

A day ago, I watched the evening news, that Ho Ming Yu dressed so unprofessional.

I think people named them "廢柴" 集團 must have a reason.

廢柴 is 廢柴.....thats y their program and news is so bad!!!!

the thing I don't get is......how come their signal is ALWAYS that bad???

you will never get a clear picture!!!! no matter what you are watching!!!! their schedule SUCKS....when they say something starts at 9PM...don't trust it.....b/c it might starts at 8:50PM or 9:10PM .......廢柴

What do you expect from progams transfered by internet back and fro from Vancouver and Toronto.
The quality drops is expected.

you need to haunt your ex-employer for that.  Tell them if they don't get it done within a day you are going to report them to labour relations (I think)

on top, they were DUMB to say over staff.  If it's over staff then it means laid-off.  If they replace you with another person then it is not laid-off.

Then you can sue them for wrongful dismissal.

their program SUCKS.....OLD......
with today's internet (ie. youtube, BT and .....)
wouldn't ppl just watch all the drama on the internet....or even d/l them so they can watch on TV....

newer and faster than FTV.....

news I don't think ppl watch news anyway....but if they want, there is always Channel M (free) to watch news!!!!

政府有關部門職員表示, 本人絕對有權以民事起訴方式要求合理賠償, 尤其關於 "overstaff" 一字為原因之疑點甚多, 若能證明有人利用法律中的漏洞當然可以有更高勝算, 但要證明新上任員工實為代替本人實屬困難.  故要證明此 "廢柴" 集團故意拖延提交有關政府文件, 會相對容易提出起訴. 何況有關部門已明顯表示, 該集團絕對有前科, 若有更多相關證據, 起訴勝算將會更高.

往事已過, 不堪提.  本人可以話, 曾於該 "廢柴" 旗下兩間公司三個部門內打滾, 其中兩個為門市部門一個為 back office 職位.  見盡牛鬼蛇神, 勾心鬥角, 明爭暗鬥, 明昇暗降.  玩0野0既人大把, 做0野0既人唔係俾牛鬼蛇神逼走隔走, 就係心灰意冷自己走.
