Where to buy size 2 or 4 wedding dress in Lower Mainland? Mainland, wedding, dress, Lower, Where

A non-Chinese colleague of mine is looking to buy a size 2/4 wedding dress for wedding in Januaray. She's quite petite (5'2" at most) and skinny, which is probably an usual HK Chinese girl size. She went to Brian's and found all their ready-made gowns to be in size 6+. They said it'll take more than 6 months to get her a dress her size!

So, I suggest her to check out some Chinese bridal shops. Would you recommend any good Chinese (or Asian, e.g. Korean) bridal shops that sell dresses in size 2 or 4? It'll be greatly appreciated if you could also provide the English names since my colleague does not read Chinese.

If renting, that's cheaper.
I remember it's around $400 for renting, include the veil as well.

What about the one across Richmond City Hall.  I think the name called Mia or something like that...  I drove by all the time and from what i saw from their window display, their gowns are quite petite.
