SPCA Dog Neutering service

SPCA, Dog, service, Neutering
I am planning to get my Shih Tzu neutered next month, I am planning to get it done @ SPCA......
but...i still have some doubts....
any pet owners got their pets neutered/spayed there before?
How was it? do they use lasik or other methods?
