HELP! did anyone receive calls from this #? ? calls, anyone, receive, HELP

HI...i kept receiving calls from this phone# 604-278-6986 in the past 3 weeks ...and the person never left message.
earlier i missed it several times..so i tried to call back..but it was always disconnected while i called or 'this # is not in service'.
so terrible?!??? and now..when this # called..i dare not to answer.
anyone got similar experience???
