sorry, i am not planning to do any tutoring at the moment
i am good at coding, but definitely not teaching

but if u already know the other languages
it should be very easy for u to pick up C# by reading books
in my opinion C# is just like JAVA + C++

.... ... if u need someone to do your 1st/2nd year assignments... how do you expect to pass any courses further on... getting tutoring may help. paying some1 to do homework?  i don't know.
