not only japan ..   canada ..  france ..  US .. everywhere ..  people pee  on the street wor ..

but seems like only CHINA ..  parents ask their kids to pee on the street ..

I saw lots of drunk CBC guys pee outside Rush in Richmond....it usually happened in Friday / Saturday nights...after clubbing, maybe.
