Yes, I just tried yi yuen last week. For the leg, they have steam and garlic, 2 different way for the legs (Personally, I like it steam). For the body, they do a "dry curry", which is better than deep fry! And for the shell, they use it for bake rice which also have crab meat in the rice too. It is pretty good  |
